  • • As a Territory Account Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC) at EquipmentShare, you will drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base in Knoxville and Nashville, TN, through strategic relationship-building with contractors and construction company principals in the Advanced Solutions rental segment.
  • • Day to day, you will manage territory sales strategy including market analysis, forecasting, pipeline development, and contract execution; respond to inbound leads via CRM; conduct sales presentations; nurture existing accounts for retention and satisfaction; resolve customer inquiries; and support job site activities with on-site and remote involvement in equipment rental, sales, and service.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven outside sales experience with a track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in pump, power, HVAC, power generation, fluid solutions, or construction equipment rental or related industries.
  • • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate value, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset, thriving in a team-oriented environment while embracing change and continuous improvement.
  • • Technical aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to EquipmentShare’s evolving products, services, and proprietary T3 platform.
  • • Ability to lift, carry, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance, supporting on-site job site involvement when needed.

  • • Competitive compensation package: $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with no market restrictions, totaling $150,000–$600,000 in total compensation potential.
  • • Company-provided truck or $800/month vehicle allowance, plus company cell phone or phone stipend.
