📋 Description

• • The Territory Account Specialist (Miami) is responsible for managing Diversey’s institutional business operations within an assigned territory, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and repair of chemical dispensing systems and leased dish machines at customer sites to ensure safety, quality, and service delivery.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences, building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels within customer organizations, promoting safety through adherence to EHS policies, installing equipment per SOPs, performing routine site visits, maintaining equipment, providing customer training on operation and safety, monitoring inventory, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining vehicle and storage inventories, prioritizing repairs per SLAs, completing service reports in Salesforce FSL and customer systems, and handling administrative tasks like timesheets, order follow-up, and visit planning.
