📋 Description
- • The Territory Manager, Eye Care role is responsible for the Minneapolis, MN territory, which includes St. Paul, Minneapolis, and Duluth, MN.
- • Meets and exceeds corporate sales objectives at the territory level by driving revenue growth and achieving quarterly and annual business goals.
- • Develops and maintains strong working partnerships with targeted Eye Care professionals (ECPs) and represents Viatris’s vision and culture within the Eye Care community.
- • Leverages disease state knowledge, marketplace insights, and industry trends to identify, manage, and pull through business opportunities effectively.
- • Delivers MLR-approved, education-focused, and patient-centric messaging to ECP accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and compliance standards.
- • Collaborates with internal partners to create a positive experience for Eye Care accounts and their patients, aligning cross-functional efforts to support territory success.
- • Provides customer insights and strategic feedback to field leadership and internal teams to inform business initiatives and improve outcomes.
- • Demonstrates Viatris’s company culture daily through professional customer interactions, collaboration with colleagues, and support for organizational goals.
- • Utilizes territory business planning tools to uncover new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- • Manages and effectively deploys approved resources to maximize pull-through on potential and growth opportunities.
- • Complies with all legal, regulatory, and compliance policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all activities.
- • Must live within or within reasonable driving distance of the assigned territory.
- • Requires valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.
- • Travel is required, including overnight travel depending on territory needs.
- • Must meet all access requirements to enter target healthcare facilities and offices within the assigned territory.
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and similar databases to manage customer data and sales activities.
- • Must be proficient in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
- • Eye care industry experience is preferred but not required.
- • Applies technical knowledge, selling techniques, and understanding of medical terminology to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
- • Balances sales performance with strict adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines in all customer interactions.
