  • • Own the South-East United States territory (Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi) as the face and voice of Ajax Systems, Europe’s largest security-system manufacturer and the brand trusted by 3.5 million users in 187 countries. You will be the single-threaded owner of revenue, relationships, and reputation across four high-growth states where Ajax’s award-winning wireless and wired portfolio of 180 intrusion, CCTV, access-control, fire-detection, and smart-home devices is still in its early-adoption phase.
  • • Drive explosive year-over-year sales growth by expanding market share and cultivating deep, trust-based relationships with existing dealers, integrators, distributors, and alarm-receiving centers while simultaneously hunting net-new logos. You will map the territory, prioritize white-space opportunities, and run a disciplined, data-driven pipeline in Salesforce to exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • • Proactively prospect and qualify new business partners through cold outreach, trade-show networking, vertical-market campaigns, and channel events. You will own the full sales cycle—from first handshake to technical validation, commercial negotiation, and signed stocking agreements—ensuring every partner is equipped to position, sell, and support Ajax solutions independently.
  • • Deliver world-class presentations and demonstrations to audiences ranging from C-suite executives to field technicians. Whether in a board-room, on a job-site, or at ISC East, you will translate complex product capabilities into clear ROI stories that resonate with security directors, IT managers, and end-users alike.
  • • Provide continuous product and commercial education to partners through lunch-and-learns, webinars, certification workshops, and ride-along trainings. You will ensure every dealer and integrator is fluent in Ajax firmware, mobile apps, ecosystem integrations, and recurring-revenue models so they can confidently specify Ajax over legacy brands.
  • • Influence specifications by working hand-in-hand with consultants, architects, and engineers during the design phase of commercial, residential, and critical-infrastructure projects. Your technical fluency and consultative approach will move Ajax from “approved alternate” to “sole source” in bid documents.
  • • Collaborate daily with national distribution partners (ADI, Anixter, ScanSource, etc.) to secure shelf space, coordinate co-op marketing, and orchestrate joint business plans that accelerate sell-through. You will monitor inventory turns, run SPIFF campaigns, and ensure distributors are stocked with the SKUs your territory demands.
  • • Develop and execute vertical-market strategies for high-value segments such as multifamily housing, K-12 education, cannabis facilities, marinas, and vacation rentals—industries where Ajax’s wireless flexibility and smartphone-centric UX create clear competitive advantage.
  • • Represent Ajax at regional trade shows, association meetings (ESA, SIA, ASIS), and end-user seminars. You will manage booth logistics, deliver keynote demos, and capture qualified leads that convert into pipeline within 30 days post-event.
  • • Feed market intelligence back to headquarters in Kyiv and our U.S. hub in Miami. Your insights on pricing sensitivity, feature gaps, certification requirements, and emerging threats will directly shape next-generation product roadmaps and go-to-market playbooks.
  • • Travel 70–80 % of your time by car and air across the four-state region, operating from a home office or co-working space of your choice. You will maintain a company-provided vehicle, expense account, and full tech stack to ensure you are always productive and visible to partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience selling intrusion, CCTV, access control, or related security products through dealer, integrator, or distribution channels
  • • Deep existing network and sterling reputation within the security industry across the South-East USA
  • • Technical competence to configure, demonstrate, and troubleshoot IP-based security systems and mobile applications
  • • Data-driven mindset with daily fluency in CRM (Salesforce preferred), analytics dashboards, and Excel modeling
  • • Willingness and ability to travel 70–80 % of the time by car and plane throughout FL, AL, LA, and MS
