  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Specialist to join our team in Sterling Heights, MI. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategic business plan within your assigned geographical territory. Your primary objective will be to effectively target, penetrate, and cultivate a strong network of relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the healthcare community.
  • • You will engage with a variety of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, across multiple medical subspecialties. A key aspect of this role involves managing hybrid relationships, seamlessly blending in-person interactions with virtual engagement strategies. This requires adaptability and proficiency in leveraging next-generation communication tools to maximize efficiency and reach.
  • • Your responsibilities will also extend to calling on retail pharmacies, encompassing both chain and independent establishments, to ensure broad market penetration and product accessibility.
  • • A crucial element of your success will be the strategic utilization of data sources. You will analyze and interpret data to refine your sales strategies, identify opportunities for increased efficiency, and capitalize on those with the greatest return on investment (ROI).
  • • You will be tasked with achieving and exceeding assigned sales and profit goals for your territory. This requires a proactive approach to identifying market trends, understanding customer needs, and delivering compelling solutions that align with Azurity's product offerings.
  • • Meticulous management and tracking of territory-specific information are essential. You will utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, such as Veeva, to maintain accurate records of interactions, track progress, and forecast future sales activities.
  • • This role demands a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit coupled with strong analytical and communication skills. You will be expected to operate independently, demonstrating excellent organization, time management, and the ability to follow through on commitments.
  • • The Territory Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving Azurity's growth and market presence within their designated region. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree
  • • At least 3 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry sales experience
  • • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals within a managed territory
  • • Business acumen, comprehension of clinical information, and ability to articulate a clinical sales message to Healthcare Providers
  • • Excellent organization, time management, and strong interpersonal and virtual engagement skills
  • • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Veeva) and Microsoft Office Suite
