  • • As a US Marketing Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting the pull-through of personal marketing programs and tactics designed to illuminate the impact and consequences of respiratory disease.

  • • Responsibilities include thinking strategically and creatively to achieve impactful results, underpinned by strong clinical acumen.
  • • You will provide project management support for tactical promotional activities, including HCP Peer-to-Peer programs and scientific communications, ensuring adherence to regulatory review processes for all assets.
  • • This involves managing speaker programs, field resources, and congress-related materials.
  • • Collaborate effectively with production vendors and IS/Veeva teams to guarantee that the field force has seamless access to both print and digital resources developed by both sides of the collaboration.
  • • Establish robust alliances with all internal and external partners, optimizing Peer-to-Peer programs and Scientific Communications governance, SOPs, and ways of working for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • Demonstrate a strong capacity for budget management and the ability to organize and manage complex project work, including navigating materials through the appropriate review processes to ensure responsible and effective promotional content.
  • • Partner with relevant teams to establish program Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals and execute comprehensive measurement plans.
  • • Collaborate with learning and training departments to ensure the field force is thoroughly supported during the rollout of new materials and resources.
  • • Uncover critical customer and field insights to optimize programs and build sustainable, long-term relationships with field teams.
  • • Oversee the efficient sharing and integration of marketing material inventory across the collaboration, strictly adhering to Amgen's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes.
  • • Actively support and participate in team activities to foster a positive and productive work culture.
  • • Develop targeted promotional materials specifically for the Key Account Management (KAM) team and provide support for local and regional KAM conferences.
  • • In conjunction with the Training department, lead the development of training blueprints and playbook materials.
  • • Domestic travel will be required, estimated at up to 25%, contingent upon travel being permitted and appropriate.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving initiatives forward within a complex organizational structure.
  • • You will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of marketing campaigns and ensuring their effective execution.
  • • The ability to translate complex scientific information into compelling marketing messages for healthcare professionals is crucial.
