- • Build an AI agent in Notion to automate core tasks for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or Business Development Representatives (BDRs), directly addressing real-world sales workflows such as lead research, follow-up messaging, pipeline tracking, or meeting preparation.
- • Demonstrate genuine curiosity and hands-on tinkering by creating a functional Notion agent that reduces manual work and enhances human judgment in sales outreach, without requiring deep AI expertise.
- • Submit a 4-minute Loom video explaining the problem you identified, the agent you built, and why it matters—focusing on how it improves efficiency, accuracy, or insight in daily sales activities.
- • Choose one of four scenarios: (1) automating warm intro research for 50 leads by surfacing company changes and relevance to Notion; (2) generating personalized follow-up messages after discovery calls using call insights; (3) building an automated pipeline tracker that surfaces next steps for 30 prospects across lifecycle stages; or (4) creating a meeting prep tool that synthesizes executive backgrounds, business challenges, and relevant questions before calls.
- • Show a clear point of view on what makes a great sales tool—prioritizing usability, integration with Notion’s native features, and actionable outputs over complexity or novelty.
- • Prove your passion for Notion by leveraging its full capabilities—including databases, relations, rollups, formulas, and AI-powered automation—to solve a tangible sales problem.
- • Be prepared to work in-office three days per week (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) at Notion HQ in San Francisco if selected.
- • Understand that this is not a traditional application process; selection is based solely on the quality of your built agent and submission video.
- • Be eligible to work in the United States and reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- • For BDR roles, demonstrate prior outbound sales experience through your build or background.
- • Embrace Notion’s philosophy of using AI as a collaborator—not a novelty—to think better and make work easier for others to build on.
- • Participate in a structured interview process: submission by July 15, 2026 (5 PM PT), recruiter phone interview (July 21–23), onsite interviews at Notion HQ (July 27–28), final remote interview (August 3), reference checks (August 5–6), and offer issuance by August 7.
- • Start date is August 24, 2026, for selected candidates.
