• • MUBI, a globally recognized streaming service, production company, and film distributor committed to championing exceptional cinema, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Theatrical Marketing Coordinator to join its Italian team. This pivotal role is based in Rome and is instrumental in shaping and executing innovative marketing campaigns for MUBI's new film releases across Italy.
• • As a key member of the Italian marketing contingent, you will be responsible for ensuring that MUBI's cinematic offerings deeply resonate with the local audience. This position demands a unique combination of creative ideation and meticulous operational execution, enabling you to conceptualize unique local activations one moment and manage the precise delivery of technical assets the next.
• • The role operates on a hybrid-remote model, requiring three days per week in our Rome office, with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays designated as core in-office days. The remaining two days offer flexibility, allowing you to utilize the office space as needed.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support to the Marketing team across all theatrical campaigns within Italy. This involves a deep dive into the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives designed to maximize film visibility and audience engagement.
• • A crucial aspect of your role will be the localization of global creative assets. You will adapt and refine international marketing materials to ensure they authentically connect with the nuances and preferences of the Italian market, maintaining MUBI's distinct brand voice while speaking directly to local sensibilities.
• • You will be tasked with crafting compelling Italian copy for a variety of platforms, including MUBI's website, email newsletters, and digital advertisements.
