- • Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid conditions in a fully virtual telehealth setting.
- • Implement evidence-based treatment modalities including Family-Based Treatment (FBT), Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for ARFID.
- • Maintain a caseload of 30–40 patients, dedicating 20–26 hours per week to direct patient care and the remainder to administrative tasks.
- • Conduct mental health assessments and diagnoses for patients across the lifespan with varying levels of acuity and diverse cultural, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team including dietitians, physicians, psychiatrists, peer mentors, and family mentors to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- • Utilize Equip’s electronic medical record (EMR) system for between-session messaging, documentation, and communication with the treatment team in accordance with company policies.
- • Attend mandatory clinical meetings including Group Supervision, Treatment Huddles, Labs/All Hands, and Individual Supervision.
- • Provide therapy availability Monday–Friday between 8am–8pm in the patient’s local time zone, with a minimum of 16 hours of direct patient care after 2pm (3pm for Mountain Time Zone therapists).
- • Work until 8pm on two evenings per week, selecting preferred evenings while accommodating Pacific Time Zone patient needs.
- • Obtain and maintain an active, unrestricted, independent psychotherapy license in Arkansas; pursue additional state licenses as requested by Equip, with all associated fees covered by the company.
- • Participate in initial and ongoing training programs on evidence-based eating disorder treatments, including FBT, CBT-E, and ARFID-specific protocols.
- • Deliver care remotely with full reliance on digital platforms, ensuring secure, effective, and compassionate virtual therapy sessions.
- • Engage in continuous professional development through unlimited online courses via NetCE and receive up to $1,000/year in continuing education stipend.
- • Support patients with suicidal ideation, trauma, and complex co-occurring conditions as part of a trauma-informed, culturally responsive care model.
- • Contribute to a DEIB-focused workplace by upholding Equip’s mission of equitable access to treatment regardless of race, gender, sexuality, ability, weight, or socioeconomic status.
- • Operate 100% remotely from home with no travel requirements; use company-provided laptop and receive monthly internet stipend of $50.
- • Adhere to all Equip policies regarding documentation, confidentiality, clinical boundaries, and telehealth standards.

- • Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in Arkansas
- • Ability to provide 30 hours per week of availability for direct patient care, including 16+ hours after 2pm (3pm for Mountain Time) and two evenings per week until 8pm
- • Passion for evidence-based treatment and expanding access to eating disorder care
- • Ability to safely and effectively deliver virtual therapy to patients of all ages and backgrounds
- • Enthusiastic, strong team player with experience collaborating in multidisciplinary care teams
- • Capacity to manage a caseload of 30–40 patients while maintaining high-quality documentation and clinical standards
