- ⢠As a Licensed Therapist specializing in eating disorders at Equip Health Inc., you will play a critical role in delivering evidence-based, virtual care to patients across the lifespan, supporting lasting recovery through compassionate, multidisciplinary treatment. This remote position based in Hawaii allows you to make a meaningful impact by expanding access to high-quality eating disorder care while working within a mission-driven organization recognized for its innovation and commitment to equity.
- ⢠You will provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Family-Based Treatment (FBT) and Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E), maintain a caseload of 30â40 patients, conduct assessments and diagnoses, collaborate closely with physicians, dietitians, peer and family mentors, and utilize between-session messaging via Equipâs EMR to support patient progress and team coordination.

đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in the state of Hawaii.
- ⢠Ability to provide 30 hours per week of availability for direct patient care, including availability for 2 evenings per week until 8pm in the patientâs time zone and a minimum of 16 hours of direct care after 2pm weekly.
- ⢠Passion for evidence-based care, enthusiasm for team collaboration, and ability to safely and effectively deliver therapy in a virtual setting.
