- • Manage the full third-party lifecycle including onboarding, contract renewal, material change, and exit, ensuring alignment with Allica’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework and risk appetite.
- • Review and challenge third-party risk assessments, due diligence documentation, and ongoing monitoring activities to ensure risks are accurately identified, clearly articulated, and appropriately mitigated.
- • Support senior leadership in the Procurement & Third-Party Management function by contributing to strategic initiatives, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement across third-party and procurement activities.
- • Collaborate with subject matter experts across Security, Risk, Legal, Finance Crime, and Finance to develop a comprehensive understanding of third-party risk profiles and operational requirements.
- • Identify, analyse, and escalate third-party risk trends, control failures, supplier performance issues, and systemic incidents, ensuring lessons learned are embedded into the TPRM framework.
- • Apply and maintain the agreed methodology for assessing supplier financial health and viability, including reviewing financial indicators, triggers, and outcomes.
- • Support the development, testing, and assurance of exit strategies to meet operational resilience requirements and regulatory expectations.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of TPRM processes, tools, documentation, and reporting mechanisms to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- • Provide guidance and support for TPRM training initiatives, including onboarding for new colleagues and periodic refresher training, ensuring internal guidance materials are current and accessible.
- • Assist in regulatory, audit, and assurance activities related to third-party risk management, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with financial services standards.
- • Work closely with business owners to enable risk-based decision-making across the supplier lifecycle while balancing regulatory, commercial, and operational considerations.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory expectations and industry best practices for third-party risk management within the financial services sector.
- • Utilise third-party risk management systems and platforms to track, report, and manage supplier risks effectively across the organisation.
- • Act as a trusted partner across departments, influencing senior stakeholders and providing clear, credible challenge to ensure governance and control standards are upheld.
- • Ensure transparency and consistency in decision-making across all third-party engagements, aligning activities with Allica’s core values and operational resilience objectives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in third-party risk management, operational risk, or a closely related discipline.
- • Demonstrable experience reviewing and overseeing third-party risk assessments, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring to inform risk-based decisions.
- • Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and industry best practice relating to third-party risk management within a financial services environment.
- • Strong working knowledge of third-party risk management systems and related platforms.
- • Clear, credible, and confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders and provide effective challenge.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex risks and synthesise input from multiple subject matter experts.
