  • • As the TikTok Shop Paid Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of our e-commerce advertising strategy, specifically focusing on optimizing and scaling our presence on the rapidly growing TikTok Shop platform. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid media campaigns, from strategic planning and budget allocation to execution, monitoring, and performance analysis. This role demands a unique blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and overcoming challenges.
  • • Your primary objective will be to drive profitable revenue growth for our diverse portfolio of global brands by effectively utilizing TikTok Shop's advertising tools and features. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to the unique audience and ecosystem of TikTok. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand managers, creative teams, and analytics specialists, to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives and brand messaging.
  • • Key responsibilities will involve meticulous campaign setup and optimization across various ad formats available on TikTok Shop. You will be expected to conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to ensure our campaigns are reaching the right consumers at the right time. This includes leveraging TikTok's targeting capabilities to identify and engage high-value customer segments, driving both immediate sales and long-term brand loyalty.

You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and overall campaign profitability. Utilizing Pattern's proprietary technology and AI-driven insights, you will analyze campaign data to identify trends, uncover optimization opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • • You will also play a crucial role in managing and allocating the paid media budget effectively. This involves forecasting campaign performance, making data-backed decisions on budget allocation across different campaigns and initiatives, and ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI. You will need to be adept at managing multiple budgets simultaneously and reporting on their performance with clarity and precision.
  • • Staying ahead of the curve is paramount in this role. You will be expected to continuously research and stay updated on the latest trends, features, and best practices within TikTok Shop advertising, as well as the broader social commerce landscape. This includes experimenting with new ad formats, targeting options, and creative approaches to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
