- • The TM Supervisor Execution role at Unilever is responsible for ensuring flawless in-store execution of commercial mandates in the assigned channel, driving Perfect Store execution to maximize numerical distribution, shelf share, sell-out, and profitability—directly contributing to Unilever’s purpose of making sustainable living commonplace.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning end-to-end execution at the point of sale, implementing commercial mandates on time and with quality, activating Perfect Store levers, managing POP materials, coordinating with logistics agencies and third parties, training execution teams (ISE, merchandisers), identifying execution gaps, and tracking performance via KPIs and control dashboards.

- • In this role, the person will develop expertise in trade execution, channel management, and retail analytics; gain hands-on experience with SAP and ABC MAKE cost processes; build leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills; and contribute directly to measurable business outcomes in sell-out and profitability while growing within a purpose-driven multinational.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in point of sale execution (mandatory)
- • Experience in the traditional channel (neighborhood stores, self-service, mini-markets, etc.) (mandatory)
- • Intermediate-advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory)
- • Knowledge in developing strategies and analyzing data
- • Analytical thinking
- • Commercial-sales and execution knowledge
- • Leadership, empathy, and autonomy
