• • As a Total Rewards Analyst at Capital Rx, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless benefits, compensation, payroll, and HRIS administrative processes in a fast-paced, high-growth health tech environment. Your work directly supports organizational goals by maintaining compliance, enhancing workflows, and improving the employee experience through data-driven insights and process optimization.
• • Day to day, you will support the Head of Benefits and Compensation by creating project plans, mapping and standardizing HR workflows, analyzing processes for bottlenecks and automation opportunities, tracking employee contributions and payroll deductions, managing the Benefits inbox, conducting audits for compliance and accuracy, maintaining HRIS data integrity, and ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies.
