- • As a Total Rewards Analyst at Transfr Inc., you will own and evolve total rewards programs across sales and corporate functions, playing a critical role in aligning compensation and benefits with business goals, talent retention, and market competitiveness.
- • Day to day, you will design and administer sales incentive compensation plans, manage merit and compensation review cycles, lead open enrollment, oversee 401(k) administration, audit commission calculations, develop salary ranges, and deliver clear communications on total rewards programs to employees.
- • You will partner closely with Finance, Sales leadership, and the People team to ensure pay and benefits are equitable, compliant, and data-driven, while staying current on legislative trends and market conditions to make proactive recommendations.
- • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in sales compensation design, benefits administration, HR analytics, and total rewards strategy, with meaningful ownership from day one and opportunities to shape programs that support employee experience and organizational success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7 years of compensation experience with significant exposure to sales incentive and corporate compensation programs
- • Strong math and analytical/modeling skills, including comfort building financial models and working with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets
- • Experience with market pricing tools, compensation surveys, and familiarity with sales compensation and HRIS platforms (Captivate or similar a plus)
