📋 Description
- • The Sr. Analyst, Rewards Enablement is a key role within the Total Rewards function, responsible for building and scaling the analytical, data, and process infrastructure that underpins compensation programs across the enterprise.
- • Day to day, the person will build and maintain advanced analytical models for pay range development, develop regression-based tools to validate pay accuracy, analyze pay outcomes for trends and risks, design scalable compensation data structures, support compensation planning cycles through scenario modeling, create dashboards for HR and Finance leaders, conduct pay equity analysis, partner with Compensation and HRIS to translate outputs into Workday systems, support system optimization by defining requirements and validating data flows, identify automation opportunities, and apply rigorous data validation to ensure integrity.
