Full Job Description

📋 Description

  • As the Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Newfold Digital, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the organization's global strategy for compensation, benefits, recognition, and overall rewards. This pivotal role ensures that our programs are not only competitive and compliant but also strategically aligned to attract, retain, and motivate our diverse workforce, ultimately driving business success.
  • You will take ownership of the entire lifecycle of our reward programs, from initial design and governance to ongoing management and effective communication. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation strategy that directly supports company objectives, meticulously overseeing the design and maintenance of our job architecture and salary structures to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
  • A key responsibility will be leading the annual compensation cycle, ensuring its execution is equitable, transparent, and aligned with performance. You will provide expert guidance on compensation-related decisions, including new hire offers, promotions, and off-cycle salary adjustments, acting as a trusted advisor to HR and management.
  • Furthermore, you will be tasked with designing innovative sales and other incentive programs, as well as recognition and reward initiatives that actively reinforce our company culture and business objectives. This involves sophisticated cost modeling and budget development, ensuring financial prudence and strategic allocation of resources.
  • To drive informed decision-making, you will build and maintain robust reward dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and insightful analytics, providing clear visibility into the effectiveness and impact of our total rewards programs.
  • In the realm of benefits, you will lead the design and management of a comprehensive suite of programs, including health, welfare, retirement, well-being, and time-off plans. This encompasses managing benefit renewals, conducting thorough plan and vendor reviews, leading negotiations with vendors, and overseeing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to secure the best offerings.
  • You will continuously monitor market trends and benchmark our programs to ensure they remain competitive and attractive to top talent. Tracking plan performance, analyzing cost trends, and monitoring employee experience indicators will be crucial for ongoing program optimization.
  • A significant aspect of your role will involve developing and executing clear, compelling communications that effectively articulate the value proposition of our total rewards programs to employees at all levels. You will provide essential coaching and support to HR colleagues and managers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively discuss compensation practices and our rewards philosophy.
  • You will lead the communication strategy for benefits enrollment, prepare training materials, and develop communications related to the annual compensation review process, ensuring employees are well-informed and engaged.
  • To enhance efficiency and data accuracy, you will oversee the compensation and benefits functionality within our Workday system, championing automation and process optimization. Your expertise will also be vital in participating in due diligence activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring seamless integration or separation of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Staying abreast of all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits is paramount. You will ensure our programs consistently meet all compliance requirements, mitigating risk and upholding ethical standards.
  • This role demands a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and a collaborative spirit. You will build strong relationships across the organization, acting as a consultative advisor with integrity and sound judgment. Operational excellence and process discipline are key to success, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, navigate ambiguity, and adjust to shifting priorities while remaining focused on delivering impactful results for Newfold Digital and its employees.
