  • • As a Total Rewards Specialist at BJAK, you will be instrumental in owning the end-to-end execution, ensuring the accuracy, and driving the continuous improvement of our comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that demands meticulous attention to detail, with a primary focus on ensuring our reward structures are not only competitive in the market but also equitable internally, fully compliant with all relevant regulations, and robust enough to scale seamlessly as our organization expands across diverse international markets. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the People Operations team, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), the Finance department, and senior leadership to provide critical support for salary reviews, the administration of employee benefits, and informed decision-making related to all aspects of total rewards.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical functions. You will actively support the design, meticulous implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our established salary structures, innovative incentive schemes, and overarching rewards frameworks, ensuring they align with our business goals and market competitiveness. A significant part of your role will involve conducting thorough compensation benchmarking exercises and participating in market surveys to rigorously assess and maintain the competitiveness of our compensation packages and ensure internal equity across all roles and levels within the organization. You will be responsible for preparing detailed salary review proposals, processing adjustments, and generating comprehensive reports for leadership review and subsequent approval processes, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in the administration of our diverse employee benefits programs, which include medical coverage, various insurance plans, retirement savings schemes, comprehensive leave policies, and other essential allowances. This involves acting as a key liaison with our external benefits providers, managing all communications, and adeptly handling employee queries related to compensation and benefits to ensure a positive and informative employee experience. Ensuring strict compliance with all statutory requirements, labor laws, and internal policies governing compensation and benefits across all operating regions will be a core duty, safeguarding the company against potential risks.
  • • You will maintain impeccably accurate records of all compensation and benefits data and prepare insightful reports to support internal and external audits, facilitate management reviews, and contribute to robust people analytics initiatives. Additionally, you will provide essential support for various HR projects and strategic initiatives, particularly those related to the evolution of our rewards strategies, the updating of HR policies, and the scaling of our people systems to accommodate future growth.   • • Proven experience in compensation and benefits, total rewards, or a related HR role with a strong emphasis on C&B functions.
  • • Solid understanding of local labor laws, statutory contributions, tax regulations, and best practices in benefits administration.
  • • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to work effectively with data, benchmarks, and reports.
  • • Experience utilizing HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to effectively handle employee-facing queries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • • A practical, execution-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and a proactive approach to system improvement.
