  • • Own the execution, accuracy, and continuous improvement of BJAK’s compensation and benefits programs across global markets.
  • • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of salary structures, incentive schemes, and rewards frameworks aligned with company growth and market standards.
  • • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market surveys to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity across roles and regions.
  • • Prepare detailed salary review proposals, adjustment recommendations, and reporting packages for leadership approval and decision-making.
  • • Administer employee benefits programs including medical insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and allowances in compliance with local regulations.
  • • Liaise with external benefits providers to manage contracts, service levels, and employee onboarding/offboarding related to benefits.
  • • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, payroll deductions, and entitlements with accuracy and professionalism.
  • • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, tax regulations, and internal HR policies across all jurisdictions where BJAK operates.
  • • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of compensation data, benefit enrollments, and policy changes to support audits and management reviews.
  • • Generate reports and analytics to inform people strategy, budget planning, and organizational decision-making related to total rewards.
  • • Support HR projects focused on scaling people systems, updating reward policies, and integrating new tools or processes into the HR ecosystem.
  • • Collaborate closely with People Ops, HR Business Partners, Finance teams, and leadership to align reward strategies with business objectives and financial constraints.
  • • Drive continuous improvement of reward systems by identifying inefficiencies, proposing enhancements, and implementing best practices.
  • • Ensure all compensation and benefits documentation is clear, consistent, and accessible to employees and stakeholders.
  • • Adapt reward programs to support BJAK’s expansion into new markets while maintaining consistency in core principles and compliance standards.
  • • Utilize HRIS systems and advanced spreadsheet tools to manage large datasets, perform complex analyses, and automate reporting where possible.
  • • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee compensation and benefits information.
  • • Contribute to the development of scalable, future-ready reward frameworks that support BJAK’s mission of building superior application platforms globally.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience in compensation & benefits, total rewards, or HR roles with strong C&B exposure
  • • Solid understanding of local labor laws, statutory contributions, tax regulations, and benefits administration
  • • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and comfort working with data, benchmarks, and reports
  • • Experience working with HRIS systems and spreadsheets
  • • Clear communication skills and confidence handling employee-facing queries
  • • A practical, execution-oriented mindset—focused on getting details right and improving systems over time
