  • • Own the execution, accuracy, and continuous improvement of BJAK’s compensation and benefits programs across global markets.
  • • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of salary structures, incentive schemes, and rewards frameworks aligned with organizational growth.
  • • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market surveys to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity across roles and regions.
  • • Prepare detailed salary review proposals, adjustments, and reporting for leadership approval processes.
  • • Administer employee benefits programs including medical insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and allowances.
  • • Liaise with external benefits providers to manage contracts, service levels, and vendor performance.
  • • Respond to and resolve employee queries related to compensation, benefits, payroll adjustments, and entitlements.
  • • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and internal policies in all jurisdictions where BJAK operates.
  • • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of compensation data, benefits enrollment, and regulatory filings.
  • • Prepare reports and dashboards to support audits, management reviews, and people analytics initiatives.
  • • Collaborate closely with People Ops, HR Business Partners, and Finance teams to align rewards strategy with business goals.
  • • Support HR projects focused on scaling people systems, updating reward policies, and implementing new benefits offerings.
  • • Apply a practical, execution-oriented mindset to ensure precision in data, timely delivery of processes, and continuous system improvements.
  • • Work within a flat organizational structure, contributing directly to company mission through hands-on operational excellence.
  • • Utilize HRIS systems and advanced spreadsheet tools to manage compensation data, conduct analysis, and generate insights.
  • • Stay informed on evolving labor regulations and market trends affecting total rewards in international contexts.
  • • Contribute to the development of scalable, compliant, and equitable reward structures as the company expands into new markets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience in compensation & benefits, total rewards, or HR roles with strong C&B exposure
  • • Solid understanding of local labor laws, statutory contributions, tax regulations, and benefits administration
  • • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and comfort working with data, benchmarks, and reports
  • • Experience working with HRIS systems and spreadsheets
  • • Clear communication skills and confidence handling employee-facing queries
  • • A practical, execution-oriented mindset—focused on getting details right and improving systems over time
