- • Administer and maintain Coder’s Pave account by ensuring accurate employee data, managing benchmarking pulls, and preserving data integrity across the platform
- • Support HR Manager in executing compensation review cycles including merit increases, promotions, and offer benchmarking
- • Assist with job leveling and salary band maintenance as the company scales toward 200+ employees and expands internationally
- • Prepare detailed compensation reports and summaries for People and Finance leadership teams
- • Ensure accuracy of compensation data in Rippling and proactively flag discrepancies between systems
- • Own end-to-end benefits enrollment operations including open enrollment, new hire onboarding, qualifying life events, and terminations
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees with questions about benefits, troubleshooting issues with carriers and vendors
- • Manage day-to-day relationships with benefits brokers and insurance carriers to ensure smooth operational execution
- • Coordinate international benefits administration in partnership with EOR platforms including Deel and Rippling Global
- • Maintain comprehensive benefits documentation, plan summaries, and employee-facing resources for clarity and accessibility
- • Support ACA compliance tracking in coordination with Finance and Legal teams
- • Act as the go-to resource for employees seeking guidance on compensation, benefits, equity, and bonus structures
- • Create and update clear, accessible documentation, FAQs, guides, and onboarding materials to enable employee self-service
- • Communicate annual changes to compensation and benefits programs to employees and managers with clarity and consistency
- • Assist in developing equity education materials to help employees understand vesting schedules, exercise windows, and grant details
- • Manage leave administration and workers’ compensation claims processing
- • Oversee 401(k) plan administration including enrollment, contribution changes, and answering common employee questions
- • Coordinate with the 401(k) record-keeper on operational matters and escalate compliance issues to Finance and Legal
- • Support semi-annual bonus cycle administration by tracking eligibility, coordinating payout calculations with Accounting, and communicating with employees
- • Maintain documentation for variable compensation plans and ensure employee records are current and accurate
- • Administer employee recognition programs and track milestone celebrations such as work anniversaries
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of experience in HR, total rewards, benefits administration, or a related people operations role
- • Hands-on experience with benefits enrollment platforms and carrier administration
- • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools; Pave experience is a strong plus
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and vendor relationships simultaneously
- • Experience with Rippling or a comparable HRIS platform
- • Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment
