- • Own the execution, accuracy, and continuous improvement of BJAK’s compensation and benefits programs across global markets.
- • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of salary structures, incentive schemes, and rewards frameworks aligned with organizational growth.
- • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market surveys to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity across roles and regions.
- • Prepare detailed salary review proposals, adjustments, and reporting for leadership approval processes.
- • Administer employee benefits programs including medical insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and allowances.
- • Liaise with external benefits providers to manage contracts, service levels, and employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and internal policies governing compensation and benefits in all operating jurisdictions.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all compensation and benefits data to support audits, management reviews, and people analytics.
- • Prepare reports and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making on reward structures and workforce planning.
- • Support HR projects focused on scaling people systems, updating reward policies, and integrating new markets into existing frameworks.
- • Collaborate closely with People Ops, HR Business Partners, Finance, and leadership to align reward strategies with business objectives.
- • Handle employee-facing queries regarding pay, benefits, and entitlements with clarity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- • Apply a practical, execution-oriented mindset to ensure precision in data, timely delivery of processes, and continuous system improvements.
- • Leverage HRIS systems and advanced spreadsheet tools to manage large datasets, automate reporting, and enhance operational efficiency.
- • Stay informed on evolving labor regulations and market trends to proactively recommend updates to compensation and benefits offerings.
- • Contribute to the development of scalable, equitable, and compliant reward systems as BJAK expands its global footprint.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in compensation & benefits, total rewards, or HR roles with strong C&B exposure.
- • Solid understanding of local labor laws, statutory contributions, tax regulations, and benefits administration.
- • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and comfort working with data, benchmarks, and reports.
- • Experience working with HRIS systems and spreadsheets.
- • Clear communication skills and confidence handling employee-facing queries.
- • A practical, execution-oriented mindset—focused on getting details right and improving systems over time.
