This role is crucial for maintaining and maximizing established classification and Partnered Government Agencies (PGA) functions, directly impacting the efficiency and compliance of international trade operations.
- • As a Trade Management Analyst III, you will be responsible for meticulously analyzing part data, including illustrative literature and drawings, to determine if parts are subject to Anti-Dumping Duties (ADD) and Countervailing Duties (CVD), and if they require reporting to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). You will also be tasked with securing all necessary PGA information, such as product codes, Manufacturer Identification (MID) numbers, 510K numbers, and listing numbers, to facilitate electronic submissions to CBP.
- • A key part of your daily activities will involve providing Entry, ADD/CVD, and PGA data sets that adhere to local guidelines for presentation to local customs agencies. You will maintain comprehensive PGA logs for monthly statistical reporting and diligently update internal databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Furthermore, you will be responsible for implementing classification changes based on the PGA information you receive, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- • This role also involves assisting with workload management and distribution, ensuring that tasks are allocated effectively within the Trade Management Services (TMS) team. You will coordinate daily activities with fellow TMS team members and your project supervisor, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. A significant aspect of your contribution will be communicating proactively with customers, providing them with essential education on regulatory procedures, conducting root cause analysis for any trade-related issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of Import/Export classification experience is required.
- • Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs and Border Protection Regulations.
- • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent is preferred.
- • Customs Brokers License is preferred.
- • International Trade, Logistics or Freight Forwarding experience is preferred.
- • 6 months to 1 year of OGA/PGA experience.
- • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
