- • Be the invisible hero behind every winning ticket—settle pre-match and in-play markets at lightning speed by cross-checking official data feeds, TV pictures and third-party sources, eliminating disputes before customers even notice.
- • Promote marquee sporting events (Premier League derbies, Grand-Slam finals, IPL thrillers, NBA playoffs) through homepage banners, boosted odds and targeted push notifications that drive handle and engagement across our global client base.
- • Build rock-solid relationships with data, odds and streaming suppliers; chase missing feeds, escalate pricing errors and negotiate rapid fixes so traders can focus on sharpening the line instead of firefighting.
- • Spot patterns in settlement anomalies, bet-placement lags or provider outages, document root causes and propose fixes that shave minutes off every incident—your insights will directly shape the next release of our risk and trading tools.
- • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Operations & Trading squad in daily stand-ups, sprint retros and incident post-mortems; your frontline feedback turns into Jira tickets that make the platform faster, safer and more intuitive.
- • Rotate through early, mid and late day shifts (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00) plus weekend and public-holiday cover, ensuring 24/7 coverage for clients from Manila to Mexico City while still enjoying a hybrid schedule that lets you sleep in your own bed most nights.
- • Champion responsible-gaming and compliance checks on every market you publish; flag suspicious betting patterns and work with our Risk team to protect both the player and the house.
- • Keep one eye on the live calendar and the other on emerging sports—when pickleball, e-football or a niche cricket league suddenly trends, you’ll spin up new markets, source data and have prices live before competitors even open the event.
- • Maintain crystal-clear handover notes and dashboards so the next shift lands running; your documentation becomes the playbook that turns new starters into seasoned operators in record time.
- • Celebrate wins: when a last-minute VAR decision flips a market and your rapid settlement saves a six-figure payout, the entire trading floor will know who kept the lights on.
🎯 Requirements
- • Genuine passion for and working knowledge of major global sports—football, tennis, basketball, cricket and US sports are daily currencies here.
- • Razor-sharp numerical and analytical skills; you can spot a 0.01-odds drift at a glance and understand implied probability.
- • Meticulous attention to detail—every market name, start time and handicap must be pixel-perfect before it reaches millions of players.
- • Ability to remain calm, decisive and accurate while 50 in-play events flash red on your screen.
- • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays; reliability is non-negotiable.
- • Previous experience in sportsbook trading, risk, or betting operations is a strong plus but not mandatory—fast learners with the right mindset are welcome.
