- • Partners with management to identify business issues and develop tailored training solutions that align with organizational goals
- • Designs, develops, and delivers instructor-led training programs for internal employees and external customers using multiple delivery methods
- • Creates comprehensive training materials including course outlines, instructional guides, background content, and training aids
- • Conducts evaluations of training effectiveness by gathering and analyzing data, measuring outcomes against business objectives, and recommending improvements
- • Participates in the development and implementation of training metrics and measurement frameworks to assess learner performance and program impact
- • Facilitates training sessions in both group and one-on-one settings, adapting delivery style to diverse audiences and learning needs
- • Applies instructional design theory and learning principles to ensure training content is engaging, effective, and aligned with adult learning standards
- • Utilizes traditional and modern training tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences and operational efficiency
- • Maintains detailed records of training activities, participant feedback, and performance data to support continuous improvement initiatives
- • Travels to remote locations as needed to deliver training programs across the organization
- • Demonstrates strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and compellingly to varied audiences
- • Applies critical thinking to assess existing training materials and identify inefficiencies or gaps in content delivery
- • Leverages organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple training projects simultaneously and respond promptly to emerging needs
- • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of assigned business units’ practices, procedures, and compliance requirements
- • Proficiently uses Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to develop, organize, and present training content and reports
- • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying training opportunities without direct supervision
- • Communicates effectively through strong written and verbal skills, fostering collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
- • Builds strong interpersonal relationships to support engagement, feedback collection, and successful training adoption
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • 2-5 years of training experience
- • 3-5 years of Title Insurance Industry experience
- • Familiar with instructional design theory and/or learning principles
- • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- • Ability to travel to remote locations for training delivery
