- • The Training Operations Intern supports the GuidePoint Learning team in creating high-quality, engaging learning experiences while maintaining the efficiency and organization of the Learning Management System (LMS). This role is critical to ensuring that GuidePoint Security’s workforce and clients receive effective, well-structured training that enhances security knowledge and operational readiness.
- • Day to day, the intern will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the Learning team to analyze training needs, design curriculum, and develop e-learning modules, instructor-led resources, videos, and job aids using storytelling and branching scenarios. They will assist with LMS administration in Docebo, including course uploads, enrollments, user management, and reporting, while monitoring learner progress and generating reports to improve platform usability. The intern will also develop training materials to coach internal instructors on adult learning principles and instructional delivery, and coordinate multiple projects to meet deadlines by gathering feedback and evaluating training effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements
- • Background or experience in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field through 1–2 years of work, coursework, or hands-on experience
- • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
- • Proficiency in instructional design tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, or Adobe Creative Suite
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to coach and consult with SMEs
- • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for content and data management
- • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
