📋 Description

• • As the Training Solutions Lead, Medical Communications at Real Chemistry, you will establish and lead the Training Center of Excellence (COE) to design premium, evidence-based medical learning solutions that drive clinical behavior change and position the company as a category leader in medical learning.
• • You will define the COE’s strategy, operating model, and governance; package its offering to build a commercial engine; lead external thought leadership; create scalable curriculum architecture; design advanced learning experiences using behavioral science and adult learning theory; innovate delivery formats (AI-powered, simulation, spaced micro-learning, etc.); serve as senior training strategist for priority accounts; and partner with Med Comms leaders to integrate training into launch plans and field enablement.
