- • Lead all on-the-job training activities for assigned manufacturing stations, ensuring consistent, standard execution across all shifts.
- • Master new and updated manufacturing processes and translate them into clear, teachable steps for technicians and technician-trainers.
- • Train and mentor entry-level to mid-level technicians, adapting coaching methods to individual learning styles and supporting them through skill development challenges.
- • Own the full evaluation process for training outcomes, including designing quizzes, assessments, and progress reporting systems that measure both hard and soft skills.
- • Create and maintain version-controlled, audit-ready training content that reflects the latest operational standards and procedures.
- • Conduct training audits to ensure 100% procedural compliance and proactively close gaps in training velocity and quality.
- • Collaborate with process designers to define task workflows using structured "if/then" logic and align training content with operational decision points.
- • Partner with Learning System Engineers to develop and execute continuous improvement roadmaps for training delivery and system effectiveness.
- • Ensure returning technicians are retrained and aligned with current standards before resuming duties.
- • Manage a blend of on-the-job and off-the-job training formats to maximize retention and operational readiness.
- • Mentor technician-trainers to promote best practices in training delivery and foster a culture of peer-led learning.
- • Work directly with technicians to identify process pain points, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- • Travel 10–25% to additional Hadrian locations to support training delivery, program implementation, and global workforce initiatives.
- • Act as the primary technical expert and training owner for your assigned area, driving team self-sufficiency and operational velocity.
- • Maintain a north star focus: every station in your scope runs to standard, every shift, with a fully self-sufficient team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience in a training, instructing, or teaching role with a focus on entry-level individual contributors
- • At least 2 years of experience working in a production or inspection environment
- • Proven ability to train people with experience ranging from entry level to mid level
- • Aptitude for rapid learning, reteaching, and influencing process adoption
- • Ability to independently recognize human patterns (both macro and micro) and provide actionable, objective, and mature recommendations to leadership
- • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State under ITAR regulations
