- • As a Transfers Customer Experience Specialist at Trading 212 UK Ltd., you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless portfolio transfers for over 5 million clients, directly contributing to client trust and satisfaction in a fast-growing fintech leader managing over €30 billion in assets under management.
- • You will handle client enquiries via chat and email related to portfolio transfers, guide clients through the end-to-end process, investigate and resolve issues, coordinate with Transfer Operations, monitor pending cases, provide timely updates, channel feedback for process improvements, and act as a trusted point of contact delivering premium support.
- • You will join a high-velocity, excellence-driven team at Trading 212, a company reinventing trading and investing through exceptional products, where your work directly impacts client experience and operational efficiency in a mission to enable everyone to build wealth.
- • You will develop deep expertise in portfolio transfers, fintech processes, and client support, with opportunities to upskill, progress within Transfers or other teams, and gain valuable experience in a performance-driven, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficiency in English (C1 or above) with strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- • Customer-oriented approach with focus on precision and accuracy
- • Good time-management and multitasking abilities
- • Proactive, people-oriented attitude with ability to work independently and in a team
- • Willingness to learn and develop deep expertise in portfolio transfers
- • Adaptiveness to a rapidly changing environment
- • 1+ year experience in a customer support role, preferably in tech, fintech or performance-driven teams (strong advantage)
