• • Step into the driver’s seat of GoDaddy’s most ambitious transformation since its founding. “Transform 2025” is a multi-year, company-wide reinvention that will touch every line of code, every customer touchpoint and every business unit serving 20+ million entrepreneurs worldwide. You will be embedded in a tiger team chartered to re-imagine how people discover, purchase and manage domains, websites, marketing, payments and commerce—then deliver those experiences as cloud-native, AI-powered, mobile-first products.
• • Own the full lifecycle of high-impact work-streams that range from re-platforming our core domain-registration and hosting stack to launching brand-new fintech, conversational-commerce and omni-channel selling capabilities. You will translate the 2025 vision into quarterly OKRs, detailed epics, user stories and technical specs that 100+ engineers, PMs, designers, data scientists and operators can execute against—while continuously balancing scope, quality and speed in a culture that ships to production weekly.
• • Instrument every feature with real-time telemetry so we can measure activation, revenue and customer sentiment within 24 hours of release. Present findings in Friday “Demo-Days” that directly influence C-suite funding decisions and next-quarter roadmaps. Your dashboards will become the single source of truth for how the transformation is landing with customers.
• • Champion inclusive design and accessibility (WCAG 2.2) so creators of every geography, language and ability feel supported. Conduct remote customer interviews across three time-zones, synthesize insights into hypotheses and run A/B tests that move NPS by double digits. Partner with localization, trust & safety and customer-care teams to ensure every launch is globally ready on day one.
• • Architect for security, compliance and resiliency—PCI-DSS, SOC-2, GDPR, CCPA—while cutting infrastructure cost per transaction by 30 % through FinOps best practices, spot-instance automation and carbon-aware compute scheduling. Build reusable CI/CD templates that shrink lead-time for change from days to minutes and earn internal open-source awards.
• • Mentor junior talent through pair-programming, code-review guilds and “lunch-and-learn” sessions. Create rollback and incident-response playbooks that meet 99.9 % availability SLAs and keep customer trust. Collaborate with finance, risk and customer-care teams to model unit-economics and contact-rate impact before launch.
• • Experiment with generative-AI pair-programming tools, low-code workflow engines and edge-computing functions to accelerate prototyping. Publish findings on the GoDaddy Engineering blog and speak at meet-ups like KubeCon, AWS re:Invent and Grace Hopper.
