📋 Description

• As a Transformation Associate at Rogo, Inc., you will partner directly with the Chief Innovation Officer on strategic initiatives that shape how Rogo scales inside the world's largest financial institutions, playing a high-visibility, jack-of-all-trades role at the intersection of strategy, customer transformation, and AI rollout.
• Day to day, you will manage projects, build executive-quality decks and models, structure ambiguous strategic problems into clear workstreams, drive embedded deployments of Rogo/Felix in flagship financial institutions, support joint go-to-market motions with consulting partners like McKinsey, design AI upskilling curricula, and serve as connective tissue across product, GTM, partnerships, and client teams.

• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise AI transformation within financial services, build credibility with C-suite stakeholders, own end-to-end strategic initiatives, and position yourself as a foundational member of Rogo’s emerging Transformation team with a clear path to lead client transformation engagements as the function scales.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in investment banking with strategy exposure, management consulting with financial institutions, or as a chief of staff at a high-growth startup
• Strong commercial and strategic instincts paired with the willingness and ability to be in the weeds—building decks, running models, and owning trackers
• Excellent project management instincts, comfortable holding multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines without losing the thread
• Polished executive presence and communication; credible in rooms with senior executives at Rogo and large financial institutions
• AI-native: uses AI tools fluently every day and is excited to push the frontier of how AI changes financial services
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) New York and excited to work in-office alongside the team
