Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a Transformation Associate at Harvey AI Inc., you will play a pivotal role in helping leading law firms modernize through AI adoption, driving measurable organizational change by aligning partners, reshaping workflows, and building scalable transformation programs.
- • Day to day, you will partner with law firm clients to diagnose current states, identify AI opportunities, design and deliver end-to-end transformation programs, facilitate executive workshops, build client-facing deliverables like roadmaps and ROI models, track adoption metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to reusable frameworks and toolkits that scale Harvey’s Transformation Office.
- • You will join Harvey’s Transformation Office, a high-impact team working directly with the company’s most strategic law firm clients to shape how the world’s leading firms evolve in the AI era, operating with intensity, ownership, and a commitment to the values of Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job’s Not Finished.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-driven transformation within professional services, sharpen your strategic and change management skills, build executive presence, and contribute to scalable infrastructure — positioning yourself as a trusted advisor at the intersection of law, technology, and organizational change.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–7 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) with a track record of leading complex client engagements and delivering measurable outcomes.
- • Strong foundation in organizational change, strategy, or enterprise transformation, ideally with exposure to professional services, legal, or regulated industries.
- • Exceptional structured problem-solving and analytical skills: ability to move from ambiguous problems to clear hypotheses, rigorous analysis, and executive-ready recommendations.
- • Excellent communication and client presence: ability to build trust quickly, facilitate senior stakeholder conversations, and adapt communication style across audiences.
- • Demonstrated ability to build and own complex deliverables — including frameworks, roadmaps, financial models, and board-level presentations — with minimal oversight.
- • High agency and bias toward action: comfort operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments where the playbook is still being written.
- • Genuine curiosity about AI and its implications for how professional services firms operate, compete, and serve clients.
- • JD or legal industry experience is a plus but not required; deep interest in the legal sector and ability to learn quickly are essential.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive compensation range of $159,200 – $238,800 USD.
- • Opportunity to work at a fast-scaling, mission-driven company with 1500+ customers across 60+ countries and strong product-market fit.
- • Access to world-class investor support and the chance to help define a new category in AI-powered professional services at a true inflection point.
- • Work in a high-intensity, ownership-driven culture that values decisiveness, simplicity, and continuous improvement.
- • Collaborate with a team deeply committed to transforming how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.
- • Build a generational company alongside peers who share a drive for excellence and personal/professional growth.
