- • This freelance Transformation Program Manager - AI Trainer role is critical to advancing AI systems' understanding of real-world organizational change, bridging expert human insight with cutting-edge AI development to ensure AI-generated business content reflects authentic transformation program management practices.
- • You will apply your deep expertise in transformation program management to review, refine, and enhance AI-generated outputs, directly shaping how AI models reason about strategic execution, change leadership, and process optimization in complex organizations.
- • Day to day, you will review and refine AI-generated content related to transformation program management, change leadership, process optimization, and practical aspects of driving organizational change, ensuring outputs are accurate, relevant, and grounded in real-world business contexts.
- • You will evaluate AI responses for business accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world transformation requirements, identifying logical gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning that could undermine the usefulness of AI-generated guidance.
- • You will draft realistic transformation scenarios based on your direct professional experience, creating detailed, believable narratives that reflect the complexities of managing change in large, matrixed organizations.
- • You will create scenario variations from multiple perspectives—such as program manager, executive sponsor, cross-functional lead, or stakeholder—to help AI understand diverse viewpoints and interpersonal dynamics inherent in transformation initiatives.
- • You will identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated business content, using your expertise to pinpoint where AI fails to capture nuances like resistance to change, stakeholder alignment, or cultural barriers.
- • You will work independently within a structured framework, providing clear, actionable feedback that improves AI training data while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
- • You will collaborate asynchronously with the 10x.team team and AI labs, contributing to a global effort to build AI systems that can support real-world business transformation at scale.
- • As part of the 10x.team network, you will join a community of expert freelancers shaping the future of AI by ensuring models are trained on high-fidelity, domain-specific knowledge from seasoned professionals.

🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level transformation program management experience with a proven track record of designing, managing, and delivering strategic transformation initiatives in complex organizations within the EU or UK.
- • Demonstrated skill in evaluating program processes, business requirements, and organizational dynamics, with the ability to provide structured, critical feedback on business content.
- • Availability for 8–20 hours per week on a freelance basis, with prompt responsiveness and the ability to work independently.
