- • Serves as the primary client-facing leader responsible for guiding business stakeholders through the full transformation lifecycle, including opportunity identification, transition, stabilization, and optimization.
- • Acts as the single point of accountability for client experience, risk management, and value realization across transformation initiatives.
- • Provides end-to-end oversight across Discern, Design, Build, Transition, and Optimization phases as the main point of contact for business leaders.
- • Leads stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, expectations, and outcomes throughout the transformation process.
- • Coordinates cross-functional teams across Enablement, GBS Delivery, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure integrated execution of transformation programs.
- • Validates readiness for transition by confirming that design, build, and knowledge transfer activities meet business and operational requirements.
- • Identifies, manages, and escalates risks, issues, and dependencies that impact client outcomes, driving resolution across teams.
- • Oversees execution of transition plans and go-live activities in partnership with Transition & Stabilization teams.
- • Monitors post-go-live performance to ensure stabilization, timely issue resolution, and successful handoff to steady-state operations.
- • Tracks and communicates progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and governance forums, including executive leadership.
- • Ensures delivery of expected value, including cost savings, service quality improvements, and operational performance gains.
- • Drives continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and identifying opportunities to enhance future transformation waves.
- • Applies expertise in business transformation, operational excellence, and change management to support large-scale organizational transitions.
- • Utilizes strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills to influence without direct authority in matrixed environments.
- • Demonstrates proficiency in program and portfolio management, risk identification, mitigation, and escalation processes.
- • Applies understanding of change management and organizational readiness to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- • Maintains financial acumen to evaluate business cases and track value realization through KPIs and benefits metrics.
- • Designs and documents processes at L0–L5 levels to support standardization and scalability across transformation initiatives.
- • Ensures compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements during transformation activities.
- • Exhibits resilience, adaptability, and high accountability in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a healthcare environment.
- • Leads cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments and geographies.
- • Applies strategic and systems thinking to align transformation initiatives with broader organizational goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, operations, education, or related field
- • 10–15+ years of progressive experience in transformation, operations, program management, or shared services environments
- • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- • Program and project management expertise
- • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations
- • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
