- • As a Transport Partner Operations Executive for Spain, you will play a key role in expanding and managing AnyVan’s network of transport partners in the Spanish market, directly contributing to the company’s mission of reducing empty van miles and improving logistics efficiency.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new transport partners, training them on platform usage, managing partner performance, handling inquiries and compliance issues, negotiating work assignments and rates, and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- • You will join a global team of 400 AnyVanners across London, Cape Town, and Bogota, working within a fast-growing logistics technology company that has served over 5 million customers and earned over 150k five-star reviews in the UK and Europe.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in logistics operations, partner relationship management, cross-border customer service, and performance optimization — gaining valuable experience in a mission-driven, innovative environment focused on sustainability and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in both English and Spanish, spoken and written
- • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced customer service or telesales role
- • Strong relationship-building and active listening skills
- • High level of organization and attention to detail
- • Resilience, positive attitude, and bias for action
- • Availability to work rotating shifts between 3:00–12:00, 4:00–13:00, or 5:00–14:00, including weekends
