- • The TRC Service Technician role at Holman Enterprises is a fully remote position supporting the 24/7 Call Center by providing expert roadside assistance and repair authorization for fleet vehicles, ensuring drivers receive timely, accurate, and cost-effective service while upholding Holman’s commitment to safety, integrity, and customer care.
- • Day to day, the technician will assist drivers with emergency roadside breakdowns, locate appropriate repair facilities, document all maintenance and repair events, verify the necessity and fairness of repair costs, authorize repairs for fleet vehicles, track cost savings, ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed, maintain monthly performance metrics, and contribute positively to team morale through professionalism, punctuality, and collaborative communication.

🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or Equivalent
- • 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair
- • ASE Certified in 8 car or 6 truck repair categories
- • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- • Typing speed of 20-25 WPM
- • Vocational or Technical education recommended
