📋 Description

• As the Treasury Manager at Fluidstack Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company's global cash and liquidity strategy, providing the essential financial backbone required to support our rapid growth and ambitious vision in the AI infrastructure sector.

• You will be responsible for developing and implementing sophisticated cash flow forecasting models, providing accurate and timely insights into the company's short-term and long-term liquidity requirements.
• This role involves meticulous planning and execution of liquidity management strategies to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs, strategic investments, and potential expansion opportunities.
• You will play a critical role in managing foreign exchange (FX) risk, developing and implementing hedging strategies to protect the company from currency fluctuations, especially given Fluidstack's global operational footprint.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a closely related financial function, with a strong preference for experience within a high-growth technology or infrastructure company.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and bank relationship management, including negotiating terms and optimizing services.
• Solid understanding of foreign exchange (FX) risk management principles and practical experience in managing multi-currency operations and transactions.
• Proficiency in working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), either implementing or utilizing them effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a comparable quantitative field from an accredited institution.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is highly preferred.
• Experience in building or scaling a treasury function within a startup or scale-up environment is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with international payment systems, cross-border transaction complexities, and intercompany funding structures is beneficial.
• Prior exposure to capital markets, debt facilities, or venture/growth-stage financing rounds would be advantageous.
