• • Equip Health Inc. is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Treatment Fidelity Rater to join our fully remote team. This pivotal role is instrumental in upholding the quality and effectiveness of our evidence-based eating disorder treatment programs. As a Treatment Fidelity Rater, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our providers consistently adhere to established manualized treatment protocols, thereby directly contributing to superior patient outcomes. This position reports to the Treatment Evaluation Manager and involves close collaboration with members of the clinical training team and clinical supervisors.
• • The core responsibility of this role is to meticulously review video recordings of treatment sessions conducted by Equip providers, including therapists, peer mentors, and dietitians. Your task will be to assess and rate the providers' fidelity to specific manualized treatments. These treatments encompass, but are not limited to, Family-Based Treatment (FBT), Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for ARFID (CBT-AR). This detailed evaluation ensures that our therapeutic interventions are delivered as intended, maximizing their efficacy.
• • Beyond simply rating sessions, you will be tasked with identifying and summarizing key excerpts from these sessions. These summaries will highlight both the strengths demonstrated by the provider and specific areas where growth and improvement are needed. This critical feedback will be shared with clinical supervisors to inform their guidance and support for our providers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• • Maintaining accurate and organized rating logs is a fundamental aspect of this role. You will be responsible for all administrative tasks associated with meticulously tracking provider performance data. This data is vital for understanding trends, identifying training needs, and ensuring accountability across our clinical teams.
• • A significant part of this role involves collaboration. You will work closely with the Treatment Evaluation Manager to analyze provider-wide trends. This analysis will directly inform the development of future training opportunities and the refinement of our treatment protocols, ensuring Equip remains at the forefront of evidence-based care.
• • Regular participation in synchronous individual and team meetings is required. These meetings are essential for aligning on evaluation standards, discussing supervisor feedback, and ensuring consistency in our fidelity rating process. This collaborative environment fosters shared understanding and best practices.
• • You will also have the opportunity to contribute to special projects. These initiatives are aimed at continuously refining our evaluation rubrics, codebooks, and internal processes. Your insights and contributions will help to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our treatment fidelity assessment system.
• • This is a fully remote, part-time position, requiring approximately 20 hours per week. The role demands consistent daytime availability for synchronous work blocks and calibration sessions, ensuring seamless collaboration with the team.
