- • The Treatment Fidelity Rater role is critical to ensuring that Equip’s virtual eating disorder treatment programs are delivered with high fidelity to evidence-based manualized protocols, directly impacting patient outcomes and treatment quality.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and rating video recordings of therapy, mentorship, and dietitian sessions for adherence to FBT, CBT-E, and CBT-AR protocols; summarizing key session excerpts highlighting strengths and growth areas; maintaining accurate rating logs; collaborating with the Treatment Evaluation Manager to identify provider-wide trends; participating in weekly synchronous meetings for calibration; and contributing to special projects refining evaluation rubrics and internal processes.

- • In this role, the individual will deepen their expertise in evidence-based eating disorder treatments, gain experience in clinical fidelity rating and supervision, contribute to improving training and quality assurance systems, and play a direct role in enhancing the effectiveness of care delivered to thousands of patients and families.
🎯 Requirements
- • Professional degree in mental health (e.g., PhD/PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology, MSW, or Masters in Counseling)
- • Familiarity with evidence-based eating disorder treatment
- • Experience delivering or supervising manualized treatments such as FBT, CBT-E, or CBT-AR
- • Prior experience rating treatment fidelity or conducting video reviews for clinical supervision
- • Familiarity with clinical research methods
- • 3+ years of experience treating patients using manualized treatments (e.g., CBT)
