  • • As a Triage Associate, you will play a critical role within our Data team, providing essential support to our rapidly expanding community of over 500 Memory Developers. This is a unique opportunity to be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting a wide array of hardware and software issues, directly impacting the productivity and efficiency of our data collection efforts. Your swift and effective support will be instrumental in minimizing downtime, ensuring our Memory Developers can consistently deliver high-quality data to our advanced AI models.
  • • The scope of this role is significant, as our Memory Developer team is projected to double in size within the next four months. This rapid expansion necessitates the development and implementation of more robust, scalable, and efficient support processes. You will be a key player in building these foundational support systems, ensuring that as we grow, our ability to support our distributed team keeps pace.
  • • Your core responsibilities will involve the meticulous diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware malfunctions, software glitches, and shipping-related problems encountered by our Memory Developers. This requires a keen analytical mind and a systematic approach to problem-solving, often under time constraints.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be to proactively document recurring issues. By identifying patterns and commonalities, you will develop practical, repeatable solutions that can be implemented quickly. This documentation will form the backbone of our internal knowledge base and contribute to faster resolution times.
  • • Furthermore, you will be tasked with crafting clear, concise, and user-friendly troubleshooting guides. These guides will be specifically designed for our non-technical users, empowering them to resolve common issues independently and reducing the reliance on direct support for simpler problems.
  • • We are looking for individuals who can not only solve problems but also identify opportunities for improvement. You will be encouraged to critically assess our current support workflows and propose innovative ways to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall support experience for our Memory Developers.
  • • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with our deployment team to ensure the efficient and timely processing of equipment replacement requests. This involves clear communication, accurate record-keeping, and a coordinated effort to get replacement hardware to our developers as quickly as possible.
  • • The ideal candidate will demonstrate a remarkable ability to act quickly and decisively to remove bottlenecks, directly contributing to the reduction of downtime. Your effectiveness will be measured by how effectively you enable our Memory Developers to continue recording data without interruption.
  • • Exceptional communication skills are paramount. You must be able to provide clear, patient, and effective remote support and guidance, adapting your communication style to suit users with varying technical backgrounds.
