Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding them through complex challenges and helping them navigate the ever-changing threat environment.
- • You will be a prominent Sift ambassador, representing our company at industry conferences, participating in panels, and engaging with the media. This is your platform to share your insights, contribute to industry discourse, and elevate Sift's position as a thought leader in the trust and safety space. Your ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly will be key to your success.
- • A significant part of your role will involve educating internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, on all aspects of risk, payments, and emerging fraud trends. You will be the go-to expert, ensuring our internal stakeholders are well-informed and equipped to support our customers effectively. This knowledge transfer will be crucial for maintaining Sift's competitive edge and delivering exceptional customer value.
- • You will play a vital role in developing engaging, industry-focused content. This could include white papers, blog posts, webinars, and case studies that highlight Sift's capabilities and address critical industry challenges. Your contributions will help position Sift as a valuable resource for businesses seeking to enhance their fraud prevention and trust & safety measures.
- • A core responsibility will be to help customers effectively apply industry best practices within the Sift product. You will work hands-on with clients, understanding their unique operational challenges and demonstrating how Sift's platform can be configured to meet their specific needs. This involves deeply understanding their business models and helping them grow with a proactive fraud and trust & safety mindset.
- • You will be the voice of the customer within Sift, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. By infusing customer insights and real-world challenges into our product development and go-to-market strategies, you will ensure Sift continues to innovate and deliver solutions that truly resonate with the market. Your ability to connect with and teach various business personas, from technical teams to executive leadership, will be essential.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in fraud, payments, or trust & safety roles, either as an individual contributor or manager, within companies operating on a global scale.
- • Deep expertise across multiple payment methods and online abuse types, including but not limited to tokenization, PSD3, iGaming, financial fraud, chargebacks, account takeovers (ATO), spam, content moderation, fake accounts, compliance, and bot attacks.
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences and a strong aptitude for public speaking.
- • Willingness and ability to travel globally approximately 15% of the time to engage with customers, partners, and attend industry events.
