- • As a Trust & Safety Operations Analyst at Suno Inc., you will be the in-house operator building and running the Trust & Safety function from the ground up, protecting creators, rightsholders, and the music ecosystem by managing operational workflows for DMCA takedowns, content reports, safety escalations, fraud, and manual data review that calibrates detection systems.
- • You will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the content moderation BPO partner, running operating cadences including regular syncs, weekly business reviews, training rollouts, SLA tracking, and quality calibration, while translating Legal and Product requirements into actionable BPO processes.
- • You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven team at Suno — the leader in AI music and fastest-growing consumer entertainment company — backed by top-tier investors including Bond Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed, IVP, and NVIDIA’s venture arm, where you’ll help shape a new medium for global music creation.
- • In this role, you will grow into the person who knows Suno’s operational surface area better than anyone else, gaining cross-functional exposure to Legal, Product, and Engineering while building repeatable processes, dashboards, and incident response playbooks that scale with the platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in operations, BPO management, or customer-facing functions
- • Experience at a UGC or consumer platform, ideally in music or music adjacent
- • Strong written communication and comfort working with external partners to hold them accountable to commitments
- • Comfort with dashboards and basic data work — able to pull numbers, build charts, and ask follow-up questions about their meaning
