  • • In this crucial role, you will be an integral part of our dedicated 6-member Trust & Safety team, working collaboratively to uphold the integrity and reliability of our platforms, HousingAnywhere and Kamernet.
  • • Your primary objective will be to ensure a secure and positive user experience by actively monitoring platform activities, meticulously investigating user reports, and proactively preventing fraudulent activities.
  • • You will be responsible for resolving a wide range of general customer inquiries, encompassing both technical challenges and account-related issues, with an unwavering focus on achieving high levels of user satisfaction and fostering long-term customer retention.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve conducting thorough investigations into user reports and specific Trust & Safety cases, applying appropriate actions to ensure strict adherence to our established Terms & Conditions.
  • • You will actively contribute to our fraud prevention initiatives, diligently working to ensure that all user interactions on our platforms are legitimate, compliant, and secure, thereby protecting our community from malicious actors.
  • • Accurate and detailed documentation of all investigations and their respective outcomes will be a key responsibility, providing essential data for reporting purposes and driving continuous improvement within the team and across the platform.
