📋 Description

• As a Trust & Safety Specialist at Yubo, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and positive environment on the Social Discovery app by investigating safety-related incidents and making objective enforcement decisions.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include investigating user reports, conducting risk assessments, monitoring livestreams in real time, identifying operational or policy gaps, reporting technical bugs, analyzing emerging market trends, and contributing to process improvements and cross-functional safety initiatives.
• Yubo is an international, multicultural team dedicated to building a safe digital space for Gen Z users, with safety embedded in its DNA and a proactive approach focused on user protection, support, and education.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in online risk and abuse, sharpen your analytical and decision-making skills under pressure, gain insights into youth trends and digital community dynamics, and contribute to industry-leading child protection standards through data-driven insights and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Trust & Safety, online moderation, risk assessment, or a related field
• Native/C1/C2 proficiency in Spanish and B2 minimum in English
• Strong understanding of market culture, youth trends, and online behavioral norms
• Good knowledge of social media platforms, user dynamics, and digital communities
• Understanding of dating and social discovery apps and typical risk scenarios such as misrepresentation, boundary-pushing, emotional manipulation, and unwanted contact
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate situations within broader context
• Objective decision-making with consistency under pressure
• High adaptability to evolving rules, products, and risk landscapes
• Strong communication skills and high social intelligence
