- • The position is ideal for experienced consultants seeking flexible, remote work (8–20 hours/week) to contribute to cutting-edge AI development while maintaining their primary professional commitments.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI outputs related to organisational change, turnaround strategies, and implementation requirements; evaluating AI responses for practical relevance, compliance, and real-world effectiveness; drafting realistic turnaround scenarios based on direct professional experience; creating scenario variations from multiple perspectives (consultant, client, leadership, stakeholder); and identifying gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated organisational content.
- • You will work independently to provide structured, critical feedback that helps AI systems understand nuanced change management reasoning, authentic organisational procedures, and effective implementation approaches at scale.

- • Senior-level turnaround/change consultant with significant professional experience advising on, planning, and executing change or turnaround strategies and projects within the EU or UK
- • Skilled at evaluating organisational processes, requirements, and compliance, with the ability to provide structured, critical feedback on AI-generated content
- • Comfortable working independently and available for 8–20 hours per week with prompt responsiveness to tasks and communications
