đź“‹ Description
- • Own the front-end layer of RainFocus’s award-winning event platform, translating pixel-perfect designs from our in-house design team and Fortune 500 clients into responsive, accessible, and lightning-fast web experiences that are used by millions of attendees worldwide.
- • Build and maintain reusable React and Svelte components that power everything from registration flows and session catalogs to real-time dashboards and hybrid-event interfaces, ensuring consistency and scalability across dozens of white-labeled customer portals.
- • Collaborate daily with Product Managers, UX Designers, and back-end engineers in an Agile environment to define user stories, estimate effort, and deliver iterative releases every two weeks—balancing speed, quality, and customer delight.
- • Create advanced, branded prototypes in Figma or Adobe XD that demonstrate new product concepts to stakeholders and clients, iterating rapidly based on feedback before committing to production code.
- • Partner directly with enterprise clients such as Adobe, Cisco, IBM, Oracle, and VMware to understand their brand guidelines, accessibility requirements, and strategic goals, then translate those needs into custom CSS themes, email templates, and Web Components that feel native to their ecosystems.
- • Champion web accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design principles, auditing existing interfaces, writing semantic HTML, and implementing keyboard navigation and screen-reader support so every attendee—regardless of ability—can engage fully with our events.
- • Optimize performance and responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, leveraging modern CSS Grid, Flexbox, and SASS architecture while keeping bundle sizes minimal and Lighthouse scores above 90.
- • Participate in peer code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration pipelines (GitHub Actions) to uphold a culture of clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that future teammates will thank you for.
- • Contribute to our evolving design system, documenting components in Storybook, writing usage guidelines, and evangelizing best practices so that every new feature ships faster and looks better than the last.
- • Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with emerging technologies—such as Web Components, SvelteKit, or edge-side rendering—and sharing findings through internal tech talks and guild meetings.
- • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can pivot quickly; you’ll relish the challenge of juggling multiple client rollouts while still finding time to refactor legacy CSS into scalable, BEM-compliant modules.
- • Experience the tangible impact of your work firsthand—whether it’s watching 50,000 attendees navigate a seamless virtual lobby you built, or hearing a client rave about how your branded theme elevated their global summit.
