• • Day-to-day responsibilities include entering orders received via email, phone, or the TitleVest online portal; responding to client inquiries about order status, revisions, invoices, and UCC filing issues; coordinating with production teams to ensure timely completion of tasks; conducting quality control reviews of completed Coop Lien Search reports and UCC images; providing functional support within the team; following established processes and procedures; troubleshooting issues; and suggesting improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The role also emphasizes active participation in team goals and continuous learning through collaboration with more experienced colleagues.
