- • The Uninsured Business Specialist role at First American Financial Corporation is a remote position responsible for managing order processing and client support for specialized real estate-related services including UCC filings, Coop Lien Searches, and other search operations. This role ensures accurate and timely handling of client requests, contributing directly to the efficiency and reliability of First American’s Direct division, which has been recognized for excellence in workplace culture and employee inclusion for over a decade.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include entering orders received via email, phone, or the TitleVest online portal; responding to client inquiries about order status, revisions, invoices, and UCC filing issues; coordinating with production teams to ensure timely completion of tasks; conducting quality control reviews of completed Coop Lien Search reports and UCC images; providing functional support within the team; following established processes and procedures; troubleshooting issues; and suggesting improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The role also emphasizes active participation in team goals and continuous learning through collaboration with more experienced colleagues.
