  • • As a US Growth Marketing Manager at Aspora, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the company’s footprint in the United States by driving user acquisition and market penetration among the Indian diaspora—a strategically vital segment for Aspora’s borderless financial operating system. Your work will directly contribute to scaling a product designed to make cross-border money movement transparent, accessible, and trustworthy for people on the move.
  • • You will lead end-to-end growth initiatives grounded in both data and community trust, combining market development, partnership building, and localized acquisition strategies to create sustainable growth channels. This role demands a blend of entrepreneurial initiative, cultural fluency, and analytical rigor to navigate the nuances of diaspora financial behavior while aligning with Aspora’s global mission.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in diaspora-focused growth strategies, partnership ecosystems, and community-led acquisition models—skills that are increasingly critical in global fintech expansion. You’ll have the opportunity to influence product direction through frontline user insights and help define Aspora’s long-term US market strategy.
  • • Market Development: Lead growth initiatives in the US market by identifying high-potential segments, analyzing behavioral patterns, and determining the most effective channels to reach and acquire Indian diaspora users through a mix of grassroots and digital tactics.
  • • Community & Partnership Distribution: Proactively build and nurture relationships with diaspora community organizations, student associations, cultural groups, local businesses, faith-based networks, and ecosystem partners to create trusted distribution channels that drive authentic product adoption.
  • • Local Growth Strategy: Design and execute US-specific growth campaigns tailored to regional variations in trust, financial behavior, and community structure—leveraging festivals, remittance cycles, and community events as activation moments.
  • • Acquisition Channels: Build scalable acquisition pipelines across partnership referrals, community ambassador programs, localized digital marketing (including ethnic media and social platforms), and co-branded initiatives with trusted intermediaries.
  • • User Insights: Conduct regular field engagement—through interviews, focus groups, and feedback loops—to gather qualitative and quantitative insights from users and partners, feeding directly into product improvements and go-to-market strategy.
  • • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with global growth, product, and operations teams to ensure local initiatives align with product roadmaps, compliance requirements, and brand standards while advocating for US-specific needs in centralized planning.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–8 years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships, market expansion, or related roles within consumer-facing industries
  • • Proven experience working with consumer fintech, payments, remittances, or cross-border financial products
  • • Demonstrated success in building partnerships and distribution channels from scratch in new or underserved markets
  • • Experience executing growth initiatives across both community-based (offline) and digital acquisition channels
  • • Strong understanding of diaspora communities, immigrant consumer behavior, and trust-based decision-making in financial services
