• • The US Tax Compliance Specialist serves as the principal contact for existing client accounts, focusing on annual and monthly nexus reviews, offboarding, use tax, resale certificates, and state nexus questionnaires to ensure clients remain compliant and have a positive experience.
• • Day to day, the role involves conducting nexus reviews, communicating with clients to explain findings and address concerns, collaborating with Client Tax Specialist, Onboarding, and Filing teams to prepare clients for sales tax filing, managing permit openings and closures, supporting clients with nexus-related issues, completing project audits and peer reviews, and contributing to workflow improvements.
