📋 Description
- • The Senior Clinical Trial Associate at Definium Therapeutics plays a key administrative role in supporting the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality data collection.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing and maintaining the Trial Master File, coordinating document and supply distribution to sites, tracking study milestones, managing vendor invoices, preparing meeting materials, and mentoring junior Clinical Trial Assistants.
- • Definium Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel treatments for brain health disorders, with a mission to improve patient outcomes through innovative neuroscience research.
- • In this role, the individual will develop leadership and mentorship skills, gain deep expertise in clinical trial administration and regulatory processes, and contribute to process improvements and SOP development within the Clinical Operations department.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science or health-related field
- • Prior experience in clinical research, preferably as a Senior Clinical Trial Assistant or with at least 2 years in a Clinical Trial Assistant role
- • Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process
- • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and experience with MS Project or Smartsheet for Gantt chart development
